Shipping Policy

The Cream Club can take up to 1/2 business days to process your order. However, we aim to process all orders within one business day of an order being placed.

Example: This means if you place an order 2pm on Tuesday. We will process and ship your order within 1 day*. Your order will be shipped by 2pm Wednesday/Thursday to be delivered the following days depending on the delivery type (express or standard).

DPD Express Delivery (1 -3 business days): To qualify for our premium service please ensure your order is placed before 2PM Monday-Thursday. Orders placed on Friday before 2PM will arrive on Monday/Tuesday.

Standard Delivery (2-4 business days): If you select standard delivery your products will arrive up to 5 working days from the time of purchase. We do our best to process all orders as fast as possible however priority is given to our Premium Service.

Click & Collect: We offer a 24/7 collection service at our bases in W2 and W3 areas in London. If you place a collection order please contact us and provide the time you would like to collect. If we don't hear from you we will contact you to confirm.

 

SHIPPING PRICES

The Crèam Bar wants every customer to know they are getting the best price possible. The price displayed at checkout is always 30% less than the price we pay our couriers, we do this to further enhance your experience and lower your costs. Every order is special to us and where possible we do upgrade certain orders to next day delivery free of charge.

If you pay by credit or debit card we can deliver to any address - however if you choose to pay by PayPal Express Checkout we can only deliver to your verified PayPal address.
If your order is to Ireland or any locations offshore shipping prices may be higher than prices displayed due to loading and unloading fees, cargo fees and other handling costs.

DELIVERY SPEEDS 

Standard Delivery (3-6 Days): If you select standard delivery your products will arrive within 6 working days from the time of purchase. We do our best to process all orders as fast as possible however priority is given to our premium service..

DPD Premium* Next Day Delivery: To qualify for our premium service please ensure your order is placed before 2PM Monday-Thursday. Orders placed on Friday before 2PM will arrive on Monday unless selecting our Saturday delivery option.

Same Day Delivery: Please Note: You WILL NOT see the same day option on orders under £55

Our premium same day delivery service currently operates only in London. After placing your order you will receive a text with a 15 minute time window. Please note: traffic can affect delivery times however we do our best to reach all customers at the given time.

On weekdays: Same day delivery is available from 8am-11:59PM and weekends the same. Please contact us if you would like to ensure we are available before placing your order. As leaders in this sector we are doing our best to improve our services if we are slightly late please accept our apologies as we try to perfect the service.
